The following terms and conditions apply to the use of our Community Management service. By subscribing to this service, you agree to these conditions:
1. Service Description
Our Community Management service includes:
Creation and publication of content on social media.
Management of interaction with your community (moderation, responding to messages and comments).
Graphic design to accompany your posts.
Analysis reports and summaries to measure performance.
2. Client Obligations
Provide all necessary information for account management (access, brand guidelines, etc.).
Collaborate to approve content before publication.
Provide prompt feedback on content proposals and requested changes.
3. Payment Policy
Payment is due before the start of the management month.
Pricing is determined by the chosen package (Starter, Standard, Premium, VIP, Business, etc.).
No refunds will be issued after services have commenced, except in cases of non-performance on our part.
4. Deliverables and Commitments
The number of posts, stories, and graphic designs will be as specified in the selected package.
We are committed to respecting the agreed-upon publication deadlines and schedules.
Additional modifications or services not included in the package will be billed separately.
5. Limitations on Results
We do not guarantee a specific number of likes, shares, followers, or sales.
Results depend on various factors such as audience size, market trends, and platform algorithms.
6. Confidentiality and Security
All data provided by the client will be treated confidentially.
The client retains ownership of their accounts and content.
7. Modifications and Termination
The client may request modifications to the content, but frequent or excessive changes may result in additional delays.
The contract may be terminated with at least 15 days' notice before the end of the current month.
8. Liability
We are not liable for service interruptions on social media platforms or external technical issues.
The client is responsible for providing content that complies with applicable laws and regulations.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Any changes will be communicated before they take effect.
